I'm writing you this poem,
My friendship to declare;
Just to tell you simply
That, for you, I'm always there.

I'll carry half your burdens
if you, will them remand.
I'll guard your every step
If you'll just give me your hand.

We'll walk through the torrent
Of this life we do endure.
We'll gather up the loving gift
Of a Friendship, true and pure.

Just beautiful and it is just how I feel about you!!!Excellent is not a good enough word for it but it is the best I can do...You know how us Indiana farm boys are!!! I sent a pm about this masterpiece!!! God loves ya and ya know I do too!!! :wink:

So beautifully penned, Caroline. Yes, it seems life gets so busy and we don't take the time we should. Everyone I know would love to received a poem like this. This should be an ecard. It is simply beautiful.

You all don't know how much my husband appreciates these. He wanted to know which of my poems to use in his business. You just keep picking the ones he liked. :lol:
